Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct respondents to award the due 10 marks of experience to petitioner as per advertisement and accordingly revise the impugned merit list dated 09.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner participated in the proceedings for appointment on the post of Special Educator initiated by Respondent No. 3. Respondents thereafter has published the list calling objection based on the remarks given to the candidates after verification of the documents. In front of name of petitioner, there is mention that ‘in the experience certificate there is no dispatch number’. Petitioner thereafter has submitted a fresh experience certificate, however, thereafter no order has been passed and still the respondents are seized up with regard to candidature of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 3 submits that in view of grievance as projected by petitioner, Respondent No. 3 will intimate the petitioner by passing appropriate orders on the documents submitted by petitioner in the proceedings of the objection as eligible and ineligible list published by Respondent No.3 by tomorrow. 4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 3 to intimate petitioner on the eligibility of the petitioner to further participate in the proceedings based on the documents submitted by petitioner at the stage of considering objection of the candidates on the eligible and ineligible list published by Respondent No. 3. 5.
