CMP No. 24404/2026 in FAO No. 388/2017 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation, falling to the share of applicant Surta @ Surtu Devi. In   view   of   the   no   objection,   made   by learned   vice   counsel   for   the   non­applicant,   the amount falling to the share of Surta @ Surtu Devi, is ordered to be released in her favour, as per the award passed by learned MACT, vide order dated 26.12.2016.   The amount to be released, shall be remitted   to   the   bank   account   of   the   applicant, particulars of which are mentioned in para 3 of the application.
