JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court has issued NBW against the petitioner and recalled the same on 16.06.2026 by imposing cost. 2. Today, this matter is called twice in the morning and also in the afternoon, no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Inspite of the matter being listed for admission and the matter is of the year 2022, learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently. Earlier, when the matter was not pursued by the petitioner, NBW was issued - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33033 CRL.RP No. 1468 of 2022 and at the instance of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, NBW was recalled, inspite of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter. 3. The Trial Court imposed the compensation of Rs.2,25,000/- and having perused the material also, when the notice was issued to the petitioner, no reply was issued in respect of the defence of chit fund is concerned and though, the accused is examined as D.W.1, no material is placed on record rebutting the evidence of the complainant. When such being the case, I do not find any ground to consider the revision petition for admission and no grounds are made out to admit the revision petition.
