Learned counsel for respondent would submit that the order has been complied with. He also contended that according to the 2 direction issued by this Court in WPC No. 4625 of 2025 in its order dated 01.09.2025 (subject matter of this contempt petition) there was a direction to comply with the order dated 15.05.2025 passed by Commissioner, Division Sarguja, Ambikapur. 2. Pursuant to direction of this court and the direction issued by the Commissioner, Division Sarguja, Ambikapur in its order dated 15.05.2025, proceedings under Section 248 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 order has been passed on 06.03.2026, copy of which is enclosed along with the reply as Annexure C/1. 3. Submission of counsel for respondent is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submission of the counsel for the respondents and also the order passed by the Nayab Tahsildar in the proceedings under Section 248, this Court is of the opinion that the order subject matter of this petition has been complied with. 5.
