JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 16-07-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed to set aside the Patna High Court CR. WJC No.369 of 2026(2) dt.16-07-2026 2/2 order dated 09.10.2024, issued vide Memo No. 1532, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in Case No. 131 of 2018 under Section 147 of the CrPC against the petitioner. 3. Evidently, the impugned order is a revisable order, and the petitioner has approached this Court under a misconceived notion. A writ cannot be entertained against such an order when an equally efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner in the form of revision before the appropriate forum. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to have recourse of law in appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum. 5.
