The G.W.O.P. was filed by the appellant/father under Sections 8, 10 and 11 of the Guardian and Wards Act, to appoint him as guardian to the minor children and also seeking their custody. 3. During pendency of the C.M.A, the minors have attained the majority. Consequently, the C.M.A. has been rendered infructuous. 4. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
