ORAL ORDER
1. Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking stay of the order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the Deputy Tahsildar, Uragadur Village, Nidige Hobli, Shivamogga Taluk and District, and to conclude the proceedings filed by the petitioner under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (‘Act’ for short).
3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is
directed to conclude the entire proceedings within a period of eight months.
4. It is needless to say that the respondent No.2 shall consider the application made by the petitioner, produced at Annexure-J1, at the earliest, within one month from the

date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Thereafter, respondent No.2 is granted eight months time to conclude the entire proceedings.
5. With that observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
