The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section BABLU RAJENDRA BHANARKAR Digitally signed by BABLU RAJENDRA BHANARKAR Date: 2026.07.08 17:35:24 +0530 2 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the following prayers :- “(i) Quash the charge sheet of Crime No. 76/2026 registered at Police Station Kunkuri, District Jashpur (C.G.) filed under Sections 376(2)(n), 366, 506(B) of the IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989; (ii) Quash all criminal proceedings pending before the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), District Jashpur (C.G.) arising out of the said crime; (iii) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition on 22.06.2026 charges have been framed against the present petitioner on 24.06.2026, as such, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh petition with appropriate prayer. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed with this petition shall be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopies of the same.
