Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction to the Senior Civil Judge, Kadur to receive the application found at Annexure-A to the writ petition and pass suitable order thereto before taking any coercive steps thereto; c. Grant any other relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case”. 2. Heard Sri Sunil S Rao, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri B N Jagadeesha, learned State Public Prosecutor-I appearing for respondent No.1. 3. The learned counsel Sri Sunil S. Rao appearing for petitioner would restrict his prayer for a direction to the concerned Court to consider his application filed seeking release of the petitioner on probation under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958. 4.
