Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No.24 of 2026 corresponding to C.T. Case No.108 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole on the grounds stated. 3. In view of the order in the ABLAPL at Flag-B and considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is inclined to extend the parity, however, subject to deposit of Rs.33,109/- by the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in connection with C.T. Case No.108 of 2026 corresponding to Dharmasala P.S. Case No.24 of 2026 within a p. 2 fortnight from today, he shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.30,000/-(rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety for the like amount and deposit of Rs.33,109/- to be kept in a fixed deposit with any Nationalized Bank for a period of two years with such other conditions imposed by the court concerned. 6.
