Memo reads as under: "The Respondent Bank has returned all the original title documents to the Petitioner herein, and receipt of the same was acknowledged by the Petitioner by his letter dated 12/12/2025 confirming that no original documents or papers related to the loan account is/are pending with the branch/Bank and has no claim whatsoever against the Bank in respect of the documents. The Petitioner further declare that he will not raise any claim, complaint, dispute, or demand in future against the branch or its officials regarding the above-mentioned documents. The letter dated 12/12/2025 and the acknowledgement for having receipt of the original document/s is produced herewith for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
