Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is better placed that the other accused who has been granted bail in connection with CRM (NDPS) 519 of 2026. 2. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3. Having considered that subject matter involves recovery of 94 bottles of alleged phensedhyl and the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of the co-accused, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the same terms and condition as was imposed on Bablu Praminik @ Napit in CRM (NDPS) 519 of 2026. 4. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Diiip Khan is allowed. 2 5. Accordingly, the petitioner shall furnish bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court cum learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Malda. 6. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present before the learned Trial Court on each and every date. Petitioner shall not leave the district of Malda without prior permission of the learned Special Court. 7. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 998 of 2026 is disposed of. 8. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
