The Special Officer visited the locale yesterday and it has been specifically stated in the said report that the alleged contemnor cleaned the stacked materials that were dumped in front of the said premises and also removed the sign board in the name of ‘Bansal and Bansal – Gouranga Bhander’ which was attached to the top of the shutter area of the shop room. The report further states that the work was finally completed around 7:20 PM on 24th June, 2026 and two sets of keys on the shutter of the suit premises was handover by the alleged contemnor to the petitioner no.2. The Special Officer submits that he has also received the remuneration as directed by this Court. The Special Officer stands discharged. The contempt application stands disposed of.
