This Contempt Case is filed questioning the action of the respondent in non-complying the orders of this Court in W.P.No.20396 of 2025, where under this Court directed the Grievance Redressal Committee of Kurnool District to examine the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and consider posting her at a place where she can attend to her familial requirements and take care of her family and self. The respondents filed the counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioner was re-examined in pursuant to the orders of this Court and a speaking order was passed on 08.10.2025 holding that the claim of the petitioner is not feasible. 2.
