This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2024 vide Grievance No.PRA20240925625 to enter the name of the petitioner in the online revenue records in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.5.09 cents in Sy.No.491 of Mattipadu Village, S.N.Padu Mandal, Prakasam District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revenue Department addressed a letter to the petitioner stating that the subject land in an extent of Ac.5.08 cents in Sy.No.491 of Mattipadu Village, Prakasam District is deleted under Section 22A(1)(e) list and the annexure G.O.Ms.No.464 Revenue (Lands-V) dated 20.06.2022 shows the details of the lands deleted from the prohibited list of properties in which Sl.No.8 deals with the subject land deleted from the prohibited properties notified under Section 22A(1)(e) of the Registration Act, 1908. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 02.01.2026, submits that initially the land in Sy.No.491 in an extent of Ac.5.08 cents in M.Vemulapadu Village was initially included in the prohibited properties list under Section 22A(1)(e) list as per the G.O.Ms.No.198, dated 05.05.2016 listed with Sl.No.30369. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the subject land was already deleted from the list of prohibited properties and the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2024 vide grievance No.PRA20240925625 is pending for consideration, the 2nd respondent is
directed to consider and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner giving due opportunity.
