This bail application has been filed on behalf of Rahul Mishra who is in custody since 01.06.2025 in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(3), 317(5) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M.1st Class, Giridih is pressed into motion. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one stolen motorcycle has allegedly been seized from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
