That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to modify the conditions mentioned in the appointment order i.e. probation for 3 years to 2 years. 2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide increments and other benefits as the petitioner is entitled on completion of probation of 2 years. 3. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application pursuant to the advertisement published in the year 2015, however, petitioner was not selected, against which he has filed a writ petition bearing WPS No. 2158 of 2015 which was decided in favor of petitioner vide order dated 30.11.2023 and, thereafter petitioner was issued appointment order in the year 06.08.2024, however, in order of appointment period of probation is mentioned as three years which is the amended period of probation. At the time of issuance of advertisement probation period was only two years therefore, petitioner has submitted representation before the concerned authority i.e. respondent no. 3, which is still pending consideration, and therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner on direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and also perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 3 / 3 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner dated 06.08.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
