The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following prayers: (i) To issue a writ of mandamus, order or a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.04.2021 and 20.07.2021 vide Annexures-T and V in terms of the directions issued by this Hon’ble court in writ petition No.2605/2020 dated 15.10.2020 Annexure-K and consider the same in accordance with law within a time frame specified by this Hon’ble court. (ii) To direct the respondents to release withheld salary for the period from 26.01.2020 to 14.09.2020 as per the representation submitted by him on 15.08.2021 vide Annexure-X forthwith. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press prayer (i) and that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.08.2021 vide Annexure-X. The respondent has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider Annexure-X and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-X and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
