It is the grievance of the petitioners that though in the Register-II (physical form) entries are made correctly but while recording the same in the digital platform of the Jharkhand Government which is maintained for the purpose of keeping the land records, some discrepancies cropped up. The name of the raiyat and area in respect of Plot No. 597 and 641 of Khata 2026:JHHC:26407 2 No. 54 area of 86 decimals and 2 acres and 79 decimals situated at Mauza Dhadhkiya, Block Kasmar, Thana No. 73, District Bokaro have been wrongly uploaded in the online portal. He takes this Court to several documents to substantiate his claim. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that these discrepancies can be looked into by the respondent no. 4-the Circle Officer, Kasmar, District-Bokaro, who is the authority to look into these types of discrepancies. He also submits that if there is any discrepancy, the same will be looked into by him and an appropriate order will be passed and necessary correction will be made. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 4-the Circle Officer, Kasmar, District-Bokaro will all the records along with the copy of this order within four weeks, who will consider the same and if necessary will give one opportunity of hearing to the petitioners to point out and explain the discrepancies and thereafter he will pass an appropriate order. 5. If any correction needs to be made, the same should be made in the record of online portal. The entire process should be concluded within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
