The writ petitioner’s registration was cancelled by the second respondent on 07.08.2025. The petitioner sought revocation of the said cancellation. His request was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 13.01.2026. Since the said appeal is yet to be disposed of, the petitioner’s business has become standstill. That led to the filing of this writ petition. 3.
