Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without suspending or cancelling the petitioner’s authorization, the authorities stopped supplying the essential commodities. As such, prayed to pass appropriate orders.
4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that before filing the writ petition itself, show cause notice dated 15.09.2025 has been issued asking the petitioner to submit explanation as to why the petitioner’s authorization should not be cancelled pending enquiry and suspension order was passed on 24.09.2025.
