It is the grievance of the petitioners that the principal amount of compensation in lieu of acquisition of the land has been paid but they have not been paid the Solatium and the Additional Compensation as per the Act. 3. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, I direct the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 3-the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi along with the copy of this order, who will consider the application of the petitioners in respect of the payment of the Solatium and the Additional Compensation and decide the case of the petitioners within eight weeks. 4. If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the said 2026:JHHC:26330 2 amount, the same will be disbursed to the petitioners immediately.
