ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the letter dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure-G) issued by respondent No.1, inter alia, sought for a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the request made by the petitioner to conduct survey of the land in question and to prepare tippani, akarband, survey sketch in respect of the land in question.
3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful
consideration of Annexure-G would indicate that the said letter has been issued by the respondent- authority without looking into original records and interference has been made without considering the material on record. In that view of the matter, I find force in the submission made by Sri. R. Subramanya,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the letter dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure-G) is liable to be quashed.
4. Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed.

5. Writ of mandamus is issued to respondent No.4 to consider the plea made by the petitioner herein at Annexure-E dated 06.03.2023 to conduct phodi and durust in respect of the land in question and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
6. I.A.1/2026 for early hearing stands allowed accordingly.
