This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by directing the respondent authorities to provide the copy of documents of revenue record for sale /vikray nakal to the petitioner with respect to 0.024 Hectare portion of Khasra no. 32/1, admeasuring 0.100 Hectare situated at Village Magarchaba, P.H.N. 06, R.N.M. and Tahsil Balodabazar, Distt. Balodabazar- Bhatapara (C.G.). Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, however, while doing so he seeks liberty to pursue his representation in the matter before the respondent authorities which was preferred by him on 12.06.26 and he submits that suitable direction may also be issued for expeditious disposal of the said representation. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection with the limited prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the submission made by the petitioner and the limited prayer made by him, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to pursue his representation which shall be decided by the respondents authorities in accordance with law within some reasonable period.
