By filing this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"For commanding upon the respondent authorities to forthwith give effect to and implement the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, dated 03.08.2023 passed in Sarfaesi Act Case No.13/2023, by taking all consequential steps, including restoration of the Magistrate deputation and handing over vacant and peaceful physical possession of the secured asset to the petitioner,

in accordance with law, without any further delay or obstruction and any further requirement of payment of fee for magistrate and police force deputation."

Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and
learned counsel representing the respondents.

At the outset, learned counsel representing the respondent - State submits that vacant possession of the mortgaged assets, has been handed over to the petitioner - Bank.

Considering the said submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.

According, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner - Bank, has already been redressed.
