JUSTICE RANJAN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 13-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 505 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS 2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners on account of some dispute have assaulted upon the informant and his brother by means of farsa, lathi and iron rods. 4. The injury report of the informant and his brother shows that the injury is grievous in nature i.e., on vital part of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42926 of 2026(2) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 the body. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.
