In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the Endorsement dated 16.02.2022 (Annexure-G) issued by respondent No.4, endorsement dated 12.07.2022 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32469 WP No. 21877 of 2022 (Annexure-J) issued by respondent No.3 and intimation letter dated 18.08.2022 (Annexure-L) passed by respondent No.2, inter alia, sought for direction to the respondent authorities to delete the name of respondent No.5 from all the revenue records pertaining to the petition schedule land. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that the joint katha in respect of the subject land has been made on 03.01.2012 (Annexure-C), wherein both the petitioner and respondent No.5 have consented for the same. Thereafter, it appears that MC.No.11/2016 (new MC.No.3/2017) was filed by the petitioner herein seeking dissolution of marriage with respondent No.5, which came to be disposed of by the Family Court and thereafter, the appeal is pending consideration before this Court in MFA.No.8498/2018. 4. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, till the conclusion of the aforementioned appeal before this Court, the name of the petitioner and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32469 WP No. 21877 of 2022 respondent No.5 shall stand jointly in khata in respect of the subject land.
