Venkata Rama Rao Kota SC FOR APSPDCL The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- The Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petition is filed for appointment under compassionate terms and the petitioner has challenged memo dated 16.08.2007 issued by the 2nd respondent and memo dated 14.09.2007 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal and arbitrary. It is further submitted that the said memos are coming in the way of the respondents appointing the petitioner on compassionate terms. 2. The learned Standing Counsel further submits that the respondents have taken a policy decision and approved appointment of over-aged and under-aged dependants of the deceased on a one-time basis and accordingly, the petitioner was appointed as Office Subordinate vide memo dated 19.01.2024. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed, as the grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed by the respondents. No order as to costs.
