Nainta, Advocate, for applicants/respondents No.1 to 4. CMP No.4461 of 2026 The present application has been moved in the decided matter with a prayer to discharge the guardian of applicant/respondent No.3, i.e. the father of respondent No.3. As per the averments made in the application, applicant/respondent No.3-Vipin has now attained majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, copy of matriculation certificate of the applicant, has also been annexed with the application, according to which, his date of birth is 15.02.2008. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the guardian of the applicant- respondent No.3, is ordered to be discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No.4462 of 2026 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No.3-Vipin, has sought the indulgence of this Court to release the awarded amount of compensation, falling in his share. In view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the appellant/non-applicant, the application is allowed and the awarded amount of compensation, falling in the share of the applicant-respondent No.3-Vipin, along with upto date interest, is ordered to be released to him, by remitting the same to his Bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned in para 4 of the application.
