Notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to forthwith record that the allegedly missing person (petitioner) has been traced and consider the Representation dated 18/06/2026 represented by the petitioner to the respondent 3 as per Anneuxre-C1 in the interest of justice and equity. b. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice. 4. A complaint was filed stating that the petitioner was missing, and in pursuance of which an enquiry was initiated by respondent Nos.2 and 3. 5. The petitioner claims that he is not missing and it is a false complaint which has been filed, and on that basis, a representation had been submitted on 18.06.2026 to record that the petitioner is not missing, which has not been considered. 6. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32225 WP No. 19182 of 2026 ORDER i) The petition is disposed. ii) Respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 18.06.2026 submitted by the petitioner and act upon the same by making necessary entries after verifying the identity of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) The petitioner shall call upon the office of respondent No.3 on 07.07.2026 and submit all the documents.
