Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 30.05.2026 vide Annexure-B. Direct the Respondent No.1 Police to take immediate and effective steps to apprehend and arrest the remaining accused persons in Crime No.181/2026. b. Direct the Superintendent of Police, Mysuru District, to supervise the investigation and ensure expeditious arrest of all accused persons; c. Issue any other writ or pass such any other orders or directions, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32226 WP No. 19185 of 2026 the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. d. Pass any other order or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 30.05.2026 to carry out an effective investigation has not been considered by the respondents. Though there is also a request made to apprehend and arrest the remaining accused, this Court is of the opinion that such a mandamus cannot be issued. 4. Hence, the respondents are directed to consider the representation in respect of the factual issues pointed out by the petitioner and carry out an investigation in respect of those factual issues in accordance with law. 5.
