MP No. 4196 of 2026 Present application has been filed for modification of the judgment dated 15.5.2026, in which it has been asserted that in para-5 of the judgment, amount of ₹30,000/- is stated to have been deposited in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, H.P., whereas, the same is deposited in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur, H.P. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that the amount has been deposited in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur, H.P. Since the error is purely clerical and is required to be rectified. Hence, the present application is allowed and the words mentioned in para-5 of the judgment “learned Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, H.P.” be corrected and substituted as “learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur, H.P.” Necessary correction be made accordingly.
