The case of the prosecution is that, on 09.09.205, 3 units of River sand was illegally transported in a Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-28- AK-621. Hence, the present case has been registered against the petitioner (owner of the lorry) and the driver of the lorry. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and that he has been falsely implicated in the above case. Hence, prayed for anticipatory bail. 4. The Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) reiterated the prosecution case and would submit that there is no previous case pending as against the petitioner. 5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the rival submissions on either side, the nature of offences charged against the petitioner, quantity involved and considering the fact that no previous case is pending against the petitioner and that the entire material has been recovered, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 12006 of 2026 7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupattur, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that: [a] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. [b] the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence; [c] the petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court; [d] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
