By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2, the Financier for issuance of “No Dues Certificate” as against the repayment of entire loan by the Petitioner reflected in the statement of account placed under Annexure-1. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in connection with the aforesaid matter, he has made a representation before the authorities i.e. Opposite Party No.2 on 10.03.2026 but the Opposite Party No.2 has not responded to his representation. Learned counsel further submits that his representation pending before the authority be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated period. 4. keeping in view the short question to be answered by the Opposite Party No.2, the representation pending before it, if not p. 2 disposed of in the meanwhile, be considered and disposed of within a period of one month and the result thereof be communicated to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.1 within a period of one week thereafter.
