Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and heavily relies upon the antecedents of the present petitioner which are about seven in number. Learned advocate for the State also submits that there are Call Data Records of the present petitioner and another co-accused. 2 Having regard to the period of detention of the present petitioner and the fact that another co-accused is absconding, I direct the learned trial court to release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.
