This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties and after hearing the parties, issue appropriate writ(s)/ direction(s) directing the Opp. Parties to adjudicate, sanction and disburse the compensation amount in connection to the petition u/s. 28-A of the L.A. Act under Annexure - 2 in L.A. Case No. 09 of 2012 in terms of the award dated 23.09.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhawanipatna in LAR No. 40 of 2019 within a stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court; And any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper; And for this act of kindness the petitioner as on duty bound ever pray.” 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently, a document (Annexure-2) has been enclosed to the writ petition, which does not relate to the Petitioner. In view of the inadvertent mistake, errors crept in the averments made in the writ petition. 3.1. Hence, he seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4. Mr. Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel does not have any objection to such prayer. 5.
