It is stated that the assignees were induced into transferring the lands for meager consideration which transfer even otherwise was impermissible. It is stated that a representation in this regard was filed with the District Collector who has not taken into consideration any of the issues which were highlighted. 2 3. We dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Collector, who shall consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders as are otherwise warranted in law.
