He submits that thereafter the matter is being adjourned from time to time, without taking up the I.A., for disposal on merits. He submits that though status quo orders are granted, as the petitioner is seeking an order of injunction against the respondents/defendants, unless the said I.A., is decided finally, the purpose of filing the petition would be defeated. 3. Considering the submissions made, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Revision Petition, providing that the learned Trial Court shall dispose of I.A. No.711 of 2022, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
