Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that police completed investigation in the abovesaid crime and filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as CC No.1082 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur, and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become in fructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the C.C., if they are so advised.
