JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: “For all that is stated above, this Hon'ble Court be pleased: i. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, directing the I Addl. Senior Civil Judge & CJM, Mangaluru to consider and dispose of I.A.No.3/2025 in O.S.No.118/2023 [Annexure N] on or before the next date of hearing on 23-06-2026, or within such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit; ii. In the alternative, if this Hon'ble Court considers any specific clarification necessary, to identify the precise point(s) requiring clarification and direct - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30489 WP No. 17374 of 2026 the Trial Court to confine the proceedings to such identified point(s) and dispose of I.A.No.3/2025 immediately thereafter; iii. To pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. This Court does not find any reasons to issue any directions to the trial Court. The trial Court has already heard the matter and it will pass orders and this Court cannot issue directions in this manner in every case. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 3.
