Parties present before this Court submits that during mediation proceedings, they have entered into settlement and proceedings for settlement has also been recorded. The settlement deed has been signed by both the parties before the Mediator. 2. The parties present before this Court further submits that since the date of mediation, both of them are residing together happily. They have also stated that they want to live together and continue to with their marital status which was prior to the date of passing of the impugned judgment and decree dated 21.07.2025. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the parties have entered into settlement, therefore, the impugned judgment and decree passed by the learned Trial Court be set-aside. This submission is not disputed by other side. 4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, present before this court, as also, the mediation report, the settlement arrived between the parties is extracted below for ready reference: - 1. यह कि, उभयपक्ष सभ पराने किद भलरा सथ राहने  तैयरा ह औरा द श्रीमतै सनेल भद्रा अपने द्वारा स!स्थि#तै तैल  प्रराण पस लने चाहतै ह। 2. यह कि, प्रकितैद अपलथ( दने  मध्य#तै  न्द्रा स अपने घरा ल जाने  तैयरा ह। 3. यह कि, उभयपक्ष कि-ने किस शतै/  उक्तै तैल हतै स!स्थि#तै द  पस ल राह ह। 4. यह कि, इस समझौ3तैनेम  शतै/  पलने ने किय जाने परा उभयपक्ष ए दूसरा  किरूद्ध भकिष्य म9 य:ह किय जाने  लिलए स्तै!त्र ह। 5. On due consideration of the submission of the parties as also, the conditions of settlement, we find it appropriate to allow the appeal in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Accordingly, the impugned judgement and decree dated 27.01.2025 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur District – Bilaspur (C.G.) in Civil Suit Case No. 207A/2024 ‘Smt. Sonali Bhadra Vs. Prashant Kumar Dask’ is set-aside in view of compromise entered into between the parties. Certified copy as per rules. Decree be drawn accordingly.
