Writ petition is filed seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities to register FIR based on the complaint lodged. 3. Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State-respondents has filed a communication dated 15.06.2026 of Officer-in-charge, New Market Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 15.06.2026 is made over to the learned Advocate representing the petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication that complaint of the petitioner is transformed into an FIR being New Market Police Station Case No. 82 dated 13.06.2026. 5.
