(C) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint filed by the petitioner on 03.04.2026 to register FIR and proceed with the investigation has not been accepted by the respondents. 3. A perusal of the petition and the documents which have been filed including the complaint would indicates that the investigation is as regard the death of the fourth daughter of the petitioner on 02.01.2024 at 04.00 p.m. The petitioner is stated to have three(3) other children, who are the sisters and brothers of the deceased. From 02.01.2024, there is no complaint which had been filed. It is only on 03.04.2026 that a complaint had been filed by the petitioner alleging that the husband of the daughter is the cause for her death after a period of two(2) years, three(3) months. 4. I am of the considered opinion that, no mandamus could be issued directing registration of the complaint. Neither
