No.17 of 2026 within the time that may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court. For Petitioner: Mr. D.Daniel ORDER Heard Mr.D.Daniel, learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the records. 2. The petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.17 of 2026 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Tiruvottiyur. It is the plea of Mr.D.Daniel that the revision petitioner/plaintiff was not successful in getting the interim order also and on account of the said fact, the defendants are continuing their attempts to trespass and consequently, dispossess the petitioner. 3. The suit is of the year 2026. The plaintiff is aged about 53 years and hence does not fall under the senior citizen category too. Hence, no special circumstances exist for this Court to request the learned District Munsif for expeditious disposal of the suit.
