DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Peoner seeks iniaon of contempt proceedings against the respondent under Arcle 215 of the Constuon of India read with Secons 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, for violang the order dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No.5667 of 2026, whereby respondent was directed to decide the representaon of the peoner. 2. Upon noce, Mr. Jagbir Singh, Advocate has appeared and informs that to comply the aforesaid order and to provide an opportunity to the peoner, he was asked to appear before a Commi2ee constuted by the respondent vide e-mail dated 24.04.2026 and then on 28.04.2026, but despite receipts of these inmaons, peoner did not appear before the said Commi2ee. 3. On query, learned counsel for the peoner concedes that the aforesaid inmaons were received by the peoner, but submits that direcon by this Court was to decide the representaon of the peoner by the respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the Commi2ee has been constuted as per direcons of the respondent and therefore, the peoner is required to appear before the said Commi2ee.
