Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 13.05.2026 the matter was referred to the Mediation Center to get the dispute between the parties settled through mediation and the petitioner No.1 was directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- with the Mediation Center of this Court, but the petitioner is unable to manage the above fund and wants to withdraw this petition. Therefore, he has filed in the present petition I.A. No.02/2026, application for withdrawal of the instant petition, which may be allowed. 3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, I.A. No.02/2026 is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty. 4.
