2. In view of the report sent by the learned Trial Court, Mr. Ashish Thakur, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1008 of 2025 with liberty to move after three months, if trial is not concluded.

Learned counsel for the State raised no objection.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1008 of 2025 with liberty to move after three months, if trial is not concluded.
5. Accordingly, the Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1008 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the aforesaid liberty.
