1. By way of filing this criminal misc. petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.256/2018 registered with Police Station Govindgarh, District Jaipur Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 120-B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this petition, the parties have settled their dispute by entering into compromise and the compromise could not be submitted before the Investigating Officer because of the interim

order operating in favour of the petitioners since 03.08.2018.
Learned counsel submits that the instant criminal misc. petition be
disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file the aforesaid compromise before the Investigating Officer.
3. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition stands
disposed of in light of the aforesaid compromise made by the counsel for the petitioners. The interim order dated 03.08.2018 passed by this Court stands vacated.
4. Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) stand disposed of.
