This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Tribunal to get the pleadings completed and finally hear the matter. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petition pertains to the year 2023 and the pleadings apparently have been completed on 14.10.2024 and the matter is regularly getting listed before the Tribunal. 3. Filing of petitions before this Court seeking direction to the Tribunal to take up the matter out of turn, cannot be countenanced. If the petitioner has any issue requiring urgent attention of the Tribunal, he has to make application before the Tribunal itself. 4. We do not find any reason to entertain the present petition.
