Counsel for the petitioner in presenting her arguments strenuously urged that Crl. Misc. was filed in 2024 and proceedings ought to have been completed within 60 days. However, it is pending for almost two years. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 5. A perusal of the records reflects that Section 14 petition was filed in 2024. Now we are in the month of June, 2026. It is almost two years and the case is pending, hence, a direction is issued to Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga to dispose of the Crl.Misc.No.88/2024 within an outer limit of one month from 13.07.2026. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Since a gentle request is made to the Court to dispose of the case, there is no need to issue notice to the respondents.
